• The decision on the goods to be selected for uploading on the site solely lies with Pink Wynk. It also has the discretion to accept or reject the items after their images have been provided by the seller.

 

• Once the goods are received by Pink Wynk they will remain with Pink Wynk for a minimum period of 20 days   after uploading on the website (agreement period) before which, the first party may not claim the items to be returned to them.

• The first party may have the right to claim the unsold goods for return to them, ONLY after the agreement period of 20 days is completed.

• The payment against the sold goods to the seller will be made AFTER their consignments are sold. Pink Wynk will take 15% of the sale proceeds as a commission.

 

• The price of the consignment will be a mutual decision of the seller and Pinkwynk. 

 

• The second party may decide to put the items on discounts, if need be, regarding which, the first party is to be intimated within 24 hours of taking action.

 

•  After the minimum agreement period of 20 days ends and the seller’s items remain unsold, then they can ask for  them to be returned, but they will have to bear the shipping charges for this return.

 

• If on 2 separate occasions, the items provided by the seller are damaged/defected or do not conform to the mandatory quality standards as mentioned in the agreement, then the seller for such items will be blacklisted. (Prohibited from partnering with Pink Wynk for selling their pre-loved items in the future)

 

• The seller’s items will be uploaded on the Pinkwynk website after 48 hours of passing the quality inspection.
