• Clothing, handbags, or accessories showing signs of wear; rip, tears, pilling, fading, shrinkage, or blemishes of any kind.

9.  Steps to follow while selling your clothes with Pinkwynk thrift store?

 

     It's free to list and seriously easy to clean out your closet with pink ring thrift, just follow these simple steps:

 

1.  Fill up a simple form: Free up space in your closet by filling a form and listing the gently used items you no longer wear, need or love.

2. Send us images and pay nominal pickup charges: Mail us your item images on support@pinkwynk.com you will receive a payment link to complete the payment pay using UPI, Paytm, credit, and debit cards. Now sit back and relax

3. We will pick up your item: Simply pack your item in proper reliable packaging, we will arrange pickup from your door step.

4. We do the rest: Your item undergoes a 12 step inspection and when eligible items sell, cash out to your bank account or get shopping credit. we list items on consignment,so you will get paid for each item when and if it sells.

10. Pick up process for a seller who is willing to sell clothes at Pinkwynk thrift?

 

      There are two ways you can choose whichever you feel comfortable in:

1. Ask us to pick-up from your doorstep and pay the nominal amount below 100 for the pickup.

2. Ship your product on your own to us.

 

 

11. Process if the clothes are not bought by any buyer?

 

      If a product is not bought by any buyer then we will try to sell the item at discounted rates. Even after that it's not sold then, there are two              options available for the seller either to take back the product or to donate it to NGO.

12. Eligible selection process of the clothes sent to Pinkwynk thrift?

 

      After we have received your clothes, we will run a 12 step inspection process which will take place to check the quality of product and its              condition of reselling. Once your product is approved then it will be listed on our website and on are Instagram page for buyers to purchase.

13. What after your product is sold?

 

      Once your product is sold you will be notified about it on the same day. you have two options to go with.

1. Credit money to my account - this process may take 4 to 5 working days after the product is sold.

2. Take Pinkwynk store credit or discount coupons - you will receive this within 24 hours.

14. How long will it take to process my items for quality inspection?

      Once the items for sale have been received by Pink Wynk, the Quality inspection will be completed within 48 hours. After this, the seller will           be intimated about the status of their consignment.

15. What will be the Minimum period before a Discount is put up on items for sale?

      The seller’s consignment will be put on the website for a minimum period of 20 days. If their items remain unsold within this, then the items will be sold for a discounted price. 

      If the items don’t get sold after being discounted, then further discounts will be levied at an interval of 10 days, (30 days from upload on the          website) and then again after 15 days (45 days from upload on the website)

      If the items do not get sold within these 45 days, then they will be returned to the seller or a choice of donating the consignment to an NGO,        will be given to the seller.

16. What is the minimum period before I can request a return for my product if it remains unsold?

      The seller’s consignment will be put on the website for a minimum period of 20 days. Before this, the seller may not request a return for their        product.

17. What if my items do not pass the quality inspection? Will I have to pay for their return?

      If the seller’s items do not pass the quality inspection, then they are liable to be returned. For this purpose, the shipping charged for the return of the consignment has to be borne by the seller.
